Our office is over at Plot No 407 in Jawahar Colony. It’s right near the NIT Community Centre in Faridabad, which makes it pretty easy for people to find us when they’re coming from out of town. We’ve been involved in property and development for quite a few years now. It’s a lot of running around, checking on sites, and making sure the builders are actually doing what they said they would. Sometimes things go slow because of the weather or just typical delays with materials, but that’s just how it is in this business. We handle a lot of the paperwork and the legal side of things too, which can be a real headache some days. You wouldn't believe the amount of forms we have to fill out for every little project. Naresh spends most of his time on the phone or out at the sites, while the rest of us stay back at the office to keep things organized. It’s not always pretty, and the office gets a bit cluttered with blueprints and files, but we know where everything is. We work with a lot of local families and people looking to set something up in Faridabad. It’s a growing area, so there’s always something happening around here. We just try to get the jobs done and keep things moving forward for everyone involved. It keeps us busy from morning until late in the evening most days. We don't have a lot of free time lately.
