Nakshatra Enterprises

Our shop, Nakshatra Enterprises, is tucked into the Rani Bagh Main Market at numbers 71-72. Being in the main market means there is never a dull moment. We have two units side by side, which gives us a bit more room to store things, but it still feels cramped most of the time. We handle a variety of goods, acting as a general enterprise for the local community. You can find all sorts of stuff here if you look long enough. The shop front is usually covered with whatever we’ve just received in a shipment. Rani Bagh is a place where everyone knows everyone, and we have regulars who have been coming to us for years. The street outside is usually blocked with scooters and people walking, so getting deliveries in can be a bit of a headache. We don’t have a website or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here at 71-72 for a long time and people know where to find us. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze of boxes and shelves. We do our best to keep things in order, but it’s a constant battle. We stay open until late because that’s when the market is the busiest. It’s a tiring job but we like being in the middle of all the action.
