LAND GLOBE DEVELOPERS LLP

Our office is over in Rohini, Sector-8, right on the first floor of Plot No. 90. We are tucked away in Block C, Pocket-9, which is a pretty standard part of North Delhi. LAND GLOBE DEVELOPERS LLP is what’s on our paperwork. It’s a typical developer office with plenty of maps and plans lying around. The 110085 area is where we spend our days. We aren't doing anything flashy here, just the regular work that comes with being a land developer in this part of town. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, but once you’re inside, it’s just a regular setup. We’ve got the usual computers and a few chairs for visitors. People in the pocket know us as the guys working out of Plot 90. Being in North Delhi means we see a lot of the local growth happening firsthand. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure the projects are handled. The neighborhood is mostly quiet during the morning, which helps us get through the files. We’ve been in this Sector-8 spot for a while now. It’s convenient for getting around to the different sites we look at. There’s no big sales pitch here, just some folks working on land development and keeping things moving. It feels like a neighborhood office because that’s exactly what it is.
