Kochhar Company is situated on the second floor of A6 31 in Sector 16, Rohini. It’s a pretty standard office setup in a quiet part of New Delhi. We’ve been working from this location for several years now, and we’ve gotten to know the area well. Our daily routine involves a lot of meetings and keeping track of various files for our clients. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment, just a group of us trying to keep everything organized. Rohini is a big place, and being in Sector 16 puts us right in the middle of a lot of activity. We aren't into big marketing campaigns or trying to sound like we are something we're not. We just do our jobs and go home at the end of the day. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is just part of the local experience here. Most of our work is about helping people navigate the usual hurdles of business and administration. We keep our talk simple and our processes direct. There’s no need to make things more complicated than they already are. People who come to see us usually appreciate that we don't use a lot of fancy words.
