Kamal Buildwell India Private Limited is based out of a house in Rohini, specifically in Sector 3. If you know the area, it is POCKET H-34, House No. 162. We’ve been here for a while now, dealing with the daily chaos of Delhi. Most days start with tea and checking on what the guys are doing at the various sites. It is not some fancy glass office; it’s a practical space where we handle the paperwork and take calls from contractors. Living and working in Rohini means you get used to the traffic and the noise, but it’s home for us. We do a lot of building work, mostly focusing on the local needs of the city. Sometimes things get a bit messy with all the dust and the heat, especially in the summer months when the sun hits the building hard. We try to keep things moving as fast as the paperwork allows. People stop by the house for meetings or just to drop off documents. It is a straightforward operation without any big corporate layers. We just focus on getting the structures up and making sure the supplies arrive on time. It is a lot of coordination between the office here in Sec-3 and the people out in the field. Every day brings a different set of problems to solve, whether it is a delayed truck or a change in the plans. We just take it as it comes and stay busy.
