You can find us at E-2/47 in Shastri Nagar, not too far from the Ashok Vihar post office. We’ve been operating out of this space for quite some time, dealing with the international side of business. Most of our day is spent on the phone or responding to messages about shipments and orders. It’s a lot of logistics, which isn’t always the most exciting work, but it’s necessary. The office is usually filled with samples and boxes waiting to be sent out or just arrived. We have a small team here, and everyone knows their role, whether it’s checking invoices or talking to suppliers. Shastri Nagar is a familiar place for us, and we like being tucked away in this part of town. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, which makes things a bit tricky when you’re trying to talk to people in different time zones, but we manage. We don’t have a big reception area or anything fancy because most of our work happens behind the scenes. It’s just about making sure things get from point A to point B without too many hiccups along the way. We’ve learned a lot over the years about how to handle the ups and downs of international trade. It’s steady work, and we just keep at it, day in and day out, from our little corner here. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to get these orders out on time.
