Mohan Vilaas

Mohan Vilaas is situated in the Wazirpur Industrial Area, right on the GT Karnal Road. Factories and warehouses are everywhere, so it’s not a quiet neighborhood. One landmark near us is the Sirat Pur Gurdwara, right across the road. It provides a bit of peace in a very busy part of Delhi. Outside, the highway is always full of heavy trucks and buses. We have a good amount of space here, which is hard to find in this part of the city. The building is solid, and we try to keep the front looking decent despite all the dust from the industrial units. Inside, things are more relaxed than on the street. Having been here for some time, we have seen the area grow and change. Most visitors are people coming for events or work-related stays in the 110052 area. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a group of us who handle the day-to-day operations. Sometimes water pressure is low or the internet acts up, but we fix it as soon as we can. It’s a practical place for people who need to stay in North Delhi near the highway. We just try to keep things running smoothly for whoever walks through the door. It’s not about being fancy, just being here when someone needs a place. The trucks keep moving outside, but inside we just focus on getting the rooms ready and making sure everything is in order. We’ve been part of this industrial belt for years.
