We are located in Pitampura, right at the Netaji Subhash Place area, which most people just call NSP. It’s a very active part of Delhi, especially since we are opposite Fun Cinema. You can always hear the crowds from the movie theater and the malls nearby. Our kitchen stays busy because there are so many offices around here, so lunch hours are usually a bit of a rush. We don't do anything too fancy with the decor; it’s mostly just a practical space where people come to eat. The chefs are always working on the curry bases and the tandoor stays hot all day long. Sometimes the delivery bikes parked outside make the pavement a bit crowded, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We get a mix of families coming for dinner and office workers grabbing a quick bite. Managing a restaurant in a place like NSP means you have to be ready for anything, like sudden power cuts or a massive group showing up without notice. The noise of the city is always there in the background. We spend a lot of time sourcing the right spices because that’s what makes the difference in the food we serve. It’s a lot of manual work and standing on your feet for ten hours a day. We aren't trying to be a five-star place, just a decent spot for curry in Pitampura.
