We are located at A-748 in Ashok Vihar. It is a quiet enough spot but the street gets busy in the evenings. The shop isn't very big. We have a lot of samples of things for the house piled up in the corners. I started this place a while back because I liked working with my hands and seeing how rooms come together. My brother comes in to help with the heavy lifting when we get a new shipment. We have a small desk near the front where we keep the ledger. It is a bit messy sometimes. People from the neighborhood walk in to ask about fixing a chair or getting new curtains. We don't have a big team or anything. It’s just us. The fan makes a clicking sound when it’s on high, but it keeps us cool. We usually have the radio playing low in the background. Sometimes we get distracted talking to the tea seller outside. That is how it goes here. We don't do much advertising. Most people find us because they live nearby or their neighbor told them about us. We stay open until about eight at night. If the weather is bad, we might close a bit earlier. It’s a simple life running a shop in 110052. We try to keep things honest and just do the work that needs doing every day. No big fancy plans, just keeping the shop going. We keep a spare key under the mat.
