K G Buildcon Llp

K G Buildcon Llp is located in Rohini, up on the third floor of Vikas Surya Tower. We are in unit 312, right near DC Chowk in Sector-9. It’s a pretty well-known spot in this part of New Delhi. We’ve been working out of this office for a while, dealing with all sorts of construction and building tasks. It’s not a massive operation, just a few of us who know the trade well and show up every morning to get to work. The tower can get quite busy, especially in the afternoons, but our office stays focused on the blueprints and the schedules. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and making sure materials arrive when they should, which is harder than it sounds. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs, which keeps us moving. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and ties. Most of us are more comfortable in boots and jeans because we’re often out at a site checking on the progress of a wall or a roof. Rohini is a good place to be based; it's got a lot of development happening, and we’re glad to be part of that growth. We take things as they come, solving problems as they pop up on the job. It’s honest work, and we’re happy to be doing it from our little corner in Vikas Surya Tower without making any fuss.
