Jain Buildtech

Jain Buildtech operates out of Flat No 44 in Pocket-25, over in Sector-24 Rohini. It’s a residential area, so our office feels more like a home than a workplace. We like it that way because it makes people feel more comfortable when they come to talk to us. We’ve been involved in the local property scene here for a long time. Mostly, we help with the buying and selling of flats in the various pockets around Sector-24. We also look at construction stuff now and then. It’s a lot of walking around, looking at sites, and checking if the walls are straight. We don't have a big team or a fancy receptionist. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting there with a cup of tea and a stack of property papers. People around here know us as the guys who tell it like it is. If a building has issues with the plumbing or the layout is weird, we’ll say so. There’s no point in hiding things because everyone finds out eventually anyway. Rohini is growing fast, and there are always new people moving in from other parts of the city. We try to help them get settled without too much stress. It’s a lot of work, but we enjoy being part of the neighborhood. We don't do much advertising; we just rely on people talking to each other. It’s been working fine for us so far.
