IA BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED

We have our office over at Aggarwal Corporative Heights in Netaji Subhash Place. It is on the 8th floor, room 800. This part of Pitampura is always busy with people coming and going from the metro and the nearby malls. We started IA Buildtech here because it felt like a good central spot for our construction work. We spend most of our days dealing with site plans and talking to vendors on the phone. Sometimes the lift in the building takes forever, which can be a bit annoying when you are in a rush. We are just a group of people who know how to handle building projects around Delhi. It is not some fancy setup with marble floors or anything like that. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of paper files stacked up in the corners. Most of our work happens out on the actual sites, but this is where we do the thinking and the bookkeeping. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. New buildings go up and old ones get renovated. We are part of that process in our own way. We don’t really do much advertising. Most people find us because they saw one of our sites or someone they know told them to come up to the 8th floor and talk to us. We just try to keep things moving and get the structures finished. It is a long process but it is what we do.
