Our shop is located at G-49 on the ground floor of the Aggarwal Millennium building in Netaji Subhash Place. If you know Pitampura, you know that Tower-I at NSP is a very busy hub. There are always office workers, students, and families walking around the complex. Being on the ground floor means we see a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. Hot Spot Mini Shop is a small space, but we make the most of every square inch we have. It’s often a bit cramped inside when we get a fresh delivery of stock, and we have to stack things carefully so people can still walk through. The atmosphere is energetic because of all the activity in the Aggarwal Millennium area. We don't have a fancy office upstairs; we spend our time right here at the shop level. The glass windows get fingerprinted pretty quickly with all the people coming by, so we’re usually wiping them down a few times a day. We have a small counter where we handle the transactions and a few shelves for the essentials. It gets really busy during the lunch hour when everyone from the nearby towers comes down for a break. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who take turns managing the floor. Sometimes the air conditioning in the building struggles when it’s really hot outside, but we keep the doors open to let the air circulate. It’s just a regular shop in a busy part of Delhi, and we enjoy the daily interactions with our regular customers.
