Hesi Builders And Developers Private Limited is located over in Pitampura, inside the Pearl Omaxe Tower. We are on the third floor, unit TF-10. Netaji Subhash Place is always buzzing with people and traffic, so there’s never a dull moment around our office. We do a lot of development and building work across the city. Being in a commercial tower means we are surrounded by other businesses, which is convenient. Our office is pretty basic, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of project files piled up. We aren't the type of people to spend a lot on fancy decorations. We’d rather focus on the projects we have going on. Building something takes a lot of coordination between different teams. We spend hours on the phone and even more time visiting sites to make sure everything is moving along. It can be stressful, but we’ve gotten used to the pace. We don't have a big marketing department. Most of our clients come to us because they’ve seen our name on a board at a construction site. We just try to do a solid job and be clear about what we can deliver. It’s straightforward work for us. We’ve been in Pitampura for a while and know the area well. It’s a good base for what we do. We’re just a bunch of builders trying to keep things moving in New Delhi without any extra drama.
