Grace Realtech Developers Private Limited has its office at Dd-186-Aavantika. It is a pretty normal spot, and we like it because it is close to where most of our projects are located. We do not spend much time in the office anyway, as we are usually out at the sites getting our boots dirty. Real estate and development can be a real pain sometimes, especially with all the rules and regulations you have to follow these days. We started this company because we knew the area well and thought we could do a decent job with local projects. Dd-186-Aavantika is where we keep all our files and do the planning, but the real work happens out in the sun. We are a small team, so everyone has to do a bit of everything, from answering the phone to checking the quality of the concrete. We do not have any glossy brochures or fancy slogans. We just try to build things that will last and keep the clients from getting too stressed out. It is hard work, and some days are better than others. Sometimes we run into problems we didn't expect, but we just figure it out as we go. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do honest work and stay busy. If you are looking for us, we are usually at the office in the mornings before we head out to the sites.
