Goldbrick Buildwell Private Limited is run out of House No 60 in Block A, Pkt 3 of Rohini. It’s a regular house where we have set up our office space. Being in Sector 7 means we are right in the middle of a lot of residential life. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just a few of us who know about building houses. We don't have a polished pitch or a fancy mission. We just look at what needs to be built and we figure out how to do it. The office is often full of rolled-up blueprints and samples of tiles or stone. We’ve lived in New Delhi for years, so we know how the system works here. Sometimes the paperwork for the 110085 area takes forever, but we just keep pushing. We don’t spend money on big ads. We’d rather just do the work and let people see it for themselves. Most of our meetings happen over a cup of tea in the kitchen or out on a balcony. It’s a relaxed way to work, but we take the construction part very seriously. We don't want any walls falling down or roofs leaking. We are just regular people trying to do a solid job. If you’re in the neighborhood, you might see our trucks parked outside.
