Goel Bartan

We are located at B-1/220 in Rohini Sector 17, and if you are looking for kitchen stuff, you probably know our corner. Goel Bartan is packed with all sorts of stainless steel utensils, brass items, and pressure cookers. It is a bit of a maze inside because we try to fit as many pots and pans as possible on the shelves. Sometimes things are stacked so high you have to be careful not to knock anything over. Most of our customers are locals from the nearby apartments who need a new kadhai or some spoons. During the festival seasons, the shop gets really crowded and we barely have room to move, but that is when it is most fun. We’ve been running this place for years, and it is a family thing. We don't have a website or anything like that; people just know we are here in Sector 17. The floor is concrete and the lights are just basic tubes, but it works for what we do. You will see us polishing the steel sometimes so it catches the light in the window. We also do some minor repairs like fixing cooker gaskets or handles that have come loose. It is a loud shop when the metal clangs together, but we like the energy of the market. Just a straightforward shop for everyday household needs, really. That is what we have been doing at B-1/220 for a long time.
