Rohini is a big area, and we are tucked away in Sector - 25. Our place is on the Ground Floor of 196 in Pocket - 2. It’s a bit of a quiet corner compared to the main markets, which is nice because we can actually hear ourselves think. Artec Utensils Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this space for some time now. We have machines running and the sound of metal hitting metal is pretty much the soundtrack to our days. It gets a bit cramped sometimes with all the raw materials sitting around, but we make it work. The ground floor is convenient for loading and unloading, though the street can get tight when a big vehicle comes through. We aren't big on decorations or anything like that. The walls are mostly bare except for a few calendars and some scribbled notes about delivery dates. We mostly just focus on getting the utensils made and packed up. Sometimes the neighbors from the upper floors come down to complain about the noise, and we have to have a chat about it. It’s all part of the daily routine here in Rohini. We don’t have any fancy signs out front, just the name and the address on a small board. It’s a straightforward way to spend the day, making things that people actually use in their kitchens. We like the fact that our work ends up in homes all over.
