You can find us at Axis Appliances over in Sector 4 of Rohini. We are located at L 176 in Vijay Vihar, Ph-2. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood where businesses and homes are all mixed together. Our space is pretty straightforward. We have a lot of appliances and parts stacked up, so it can feel a little tight when you walk in. We’ve been here in Rohini for a good number of years and we know the area well. The street outside is usually busy with people going about their daily business. We don't have a big fancy showroom with bright lights and salesmen in ties. It’s just us in our regular clothes, ready to help with whatever is needed. Often, our hands are a bit dirty from checking a machine or moving boxes around. We have a small desk where we keep the bills and the phone, but we spend more time on our feet than sitting down. The summers here get really hot, so the desert cooler is always running in the corner. We don't bother with much advertising or big promises. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them we were here. It’s just a small, local operation where we try to be useful and do a decent job every day. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a few of us working together in the shop. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things organized in our own way.
