You can find us over at Neelkanth Apartments in West Model Town. We are in unit 9-D, which is on the upper ground floor. Rajeev Bhatia is the one who usually handles the main business here, and he is often in the office if he isn't out at a construction site. It is a residential building, so it feels a lot more like a home than a corporate office. We like it that way because it is comfortable and we don't feel the need to put on an act for anyone. We do infrastructure work, which involves a lot of technical planning and coordination. The space is a bit small, especially when we have all our site supervisors in for a meeting, but we manage just fine. There are files piled up in the corners and a few dusty boots by the door because we are always coming and going. West Model Town is a nice area and it is convenient for us to get to different parts of the city from here. We aren't interested in having a big, flashy office in a skyscraper. This place has everything we need to get our work done. We mostly get our clients through referrals, so we don't spend much time on advertising or trying to look bigger than we are. It is just a small group of people working hard to make sure our projects are finished properly.
