Garg Realbuild Private Limited

Our company is Garg Realbuild and we have our setup in Prashant Vihar, Rohini. We are located at Plot No-37 on the Upper Ground Floor of Block-E. It is a pretty straightforward place. Rohini is a big area and Prashant Vihar has its own vibe with all the houses and small offices mixed together. We spend our mornings getting things ready for whatever building work is going on. The office has some chairs for visitors and a few computers that are always running. Being on the upper ground floor is handy for when people stop by to drop off plans or just to chat about a project. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy slogans. We just focus on the building side of things and making sure we have our permits and materials in order. The street outside can get a bit crowded with cars during the day but that is just North West Delhi for you. We have a small pantry where we make tea and usually someone is eating lunch at their desk. It is a practical space for practical work. We’ve been at this plot for a while now and we know the neighbors pretty well. There is usually some dust from the road but we keep the fans going. It’s a busy little office where we just try to stay on top of the schedule and keep things moving.
