G3S Foodshala Private Limited

You can find us on the ground floor of House Number 2590 in Hudson Lane. Being in this part of North Delhi means there is always a lot of energy around because of the university students. The street is packed with cafes and people walking around at all hours. Our space at G3S Foodshala Private Limited is actually quite tucked away despite the busy location. We have a small kitchen setup and a back office area that’s mostly filled with folders and old ledgers. The walls are painted a simple white, though they have some marks here and there from when we moved the fridges in. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is working at once. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively while we prep. The front door has a bit of a squeak that we keep meaning to oil. Every afternoon, the smell of cooking from the nearby shops drifts in. It’s a good place to work if you like being where the action is. We know the local shopkeepers and sometimes we swap stories about the traffic or the weather. We don't have a lot of formal meetings, just quick chats over tea to decide what needs doing for the day. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it works for us.
