If you look for us at House No 3747B, you have to go up to the second floor. We are right on Street No 1 in Kanhiya Nagar, Tri Nagar. It is a lively neighborhood, usually crowded with people going about their business. Futuremart Infrastructure Private Limited has been operating from this spot for a bit. The stairs to the office are kind of steep, so we always tell delivery guys to take it slow. Inside, it is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We do infrastructure work, which means a lot of coordination and phone calls. Sometimes the power goes out in Tri Nagar and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It is not a polished corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It is more of a practical space where we can focus. There is a small tea stall nearby that we visit way too often during the day. The street outside is always noisy, but you get used to it after a week or two. We try to keep things organized, but in a busy office, papers tend to wander around. It is just how we work here. Being in Kanhiya Nagar keeps us close to the local markets, which is handy. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we know the area pretty well. It is just us doing our daily tasks at Futuremart Infrastructure. It works for us.
