We have been running Floridus Buildcon Private Limited from this spot in Rohini for a good while now. Our office is located right near the Durga Mandir in Avantika Sector-1, so it is pretty easy to find if you are familiar with the area. Construction work is mostly about getting things done on the actual sites, but D-282 is where we handle all the paperwork and office meetings. It is not a fancy glass building or anything like that, just a regular, functional space where we keep our files and take our phone calls. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic and people outside, but that is just how Delhi is. We mostly deal with various building projects around the city. It involves a lot of back and forth between different locations. People usually just drop by if they have business with us or need to sign some documents. We do not really have a big reception desk or fancy coffee machines here. It is just us working through the day. The neighbors know us around this part of Rohini. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the projects we have on hand. It takes a lot of coordination to keep a construction business moving, especially with all the local rules and logistics. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking over site plans. If you are coming from the main road, the temple is the best landmark to look for.
