Fakira Construction Private Limited is located in D Block, Lane No. 2Aman Vihar. It is a nice neighborhood and we have been working out of this spot for quite some time. Construction is a lot of hard work and long hours, but it is what we know how to do. Our office is usually full of site supervisors and contractors coming in and out to check the schedules. We do not have any big, shiny signs or a fancy front desk. We just have a place where we can get our planning done and keep our tools organized. Aman Vihar is a place where people talk to each other, so our reputation is mostly built on what the neighbors say about us. We do not use any marketing speak or big slogans. We just show up at the site, do the work, and try to keep everything on budget. It is not always easy with the way prices go up and down these days. We have seen a lot of changes in the way things are built, but the basics are still the same. You need good materials and people who know what they are doing. We are a small team and we like it that way. It means we can keep an eye on everything and make sure the work is being done right. We are just a local construction company doing our thing.
