Finding Ezybuilt Universe Llp is a bit of a challenge if you don't know the area. We’re in Budh Vihar Village, near Pooth Kalan, specifically at House J-212. If you see Surbhi Electronics, you’re pretty close. We are on the first floor. The stairs are a bit steep, so watch your step. The office is a busy place because we are always trying to manage different construction tasks at once. It’s a bit of a village vibe around here, which means things move at their own pace. There’s always someone coming in to ask about a piece of land or how much cement costs these days. We have a couple of desks and a big table where we spread out the blueprints. It gets pretty dusty because of all the work happening in the streets nearby. We don’t really have a big sign outside, just a small one that you might miss if you aren't looking. We spend our days talking to laborers and making sure the supplies get to the right spot. It’s not an easy job, especially during the monsoon when everything slows down. We’re just a bunch of people trying to build things properly without making a big fuss about it. We drink way too much tea and stay late most nights just to keep up with the paperwork that piles up on the corner table.
