EVERBUILD DEVELOPMENT LLP is located out in Rohini, specifically in Sector 2. Our office is number 1, and it is situated in Pocket 6 at building number 52. If you know the 110085 area of North West Delhi, you know it can be a bit of a drive depending on where you are coming from in the city. The office isn't very large, just enough space for the team to sit and look over development plans. We usually have maps and blueprints spread out over the tables most days. It is a quiet enough pocket of Rohini compared to the main market areas nearby. There is a lot of residential stuff around us. Finding parking for visitors at Pocket 6 can be a bit of a headache during the middle of the day, so most of us just park wherever we can find a small gap on the street. We spend the whole day here doing the daily tasks that come with a development firm. It is mostly just making calls and checking on site progress. North West India has its own rhythm, and we are just part of it. The office is pretty basic with standard chairs and a few filing cabinets. Nothing here is for show. We just focus on the development work we have on hand. If the tea stall nearby is open, that is usually where we get our morning break. It is a simple life running a business in this part of Delhi. We just keep at it every day.
