Essel Realtech Llp

We are based at B-10 in the Lawrence Road Industrial Area, up in North West Delhi. Essel Realtech Llp is an entity we started to handle real estate and technical projects. Being in an industrial area means there are always trucks moving around and a lot of noise, but we like the energy. Our office is a simple space where we look at plans and talk to contractors. We do not have fancy furniture or a big lobby. It is just a place to work. We spend most of our time dealing with the practical side of property and land. It is not always easy, especially with the regulations and the constant paperwork, but we have been at it for a while. We are not trying to be the biggest name in Delhi. We just want to do our jobs properly and keep things moving forward. The 110035 pin code is where we have spent most of our working lives. We know the local vendors and how the weather here can slow down a project. We just take it day by day. Sometimes we have to stay late when a deadline is coming up. It is a lot of phone calls and checking on sites. We are just regular people trying to run a business in a tough industry. There are no frills here, just honest work at our Lawrence Road spot.
