Eleven Eleven Builders & Developers Llp

Our office for Eleven Eleven Builders & Developers Llp is located over at B 708 in the Shri Saibaba Society. It is in Sector 9 of Rohini, which is a pretty decent place to work from. We aren’t in a massive commercial building, just a standard spot in the society. It’s a bit more quiet here than being right on the main road, which helps when we need to focus on construction plans. We’ve got our desks set up and plenty of tea. Eleven Eleven Builders & Developers Llp is just what we do to keep busy and earn our way. Most of the time we are talking to contractors or looking at sites around Rohini. The society has a lot of families, so it feels very grounded and real. We don't go in for all that corporate talk. We just want to build things that stay up. B 708 is where the filing cabinets are. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the blueprints and site reports. We like being in Sector 9 because it’s easy to reach different parts of North Delhi from here. The elevators at Shri Saibaba Society can be a bit slow in the mornings, but we use that time to check our phones and get ready for the day. We don't have a big marketing team or any shiny brochures. It's just us at our desks in a regular residential society office, doing the work as it comes.
