Dhanaz Construction Private Limited

Our office for Dhanaz Construction Private Limited is right on the ground floor over at Kaushik Enclave. Specifically, we are at Plot No. C-34. It’s part of the old Block C. We have been doing construction work in this area for a bit now. Most days you will find us sorting out materials or checking on some blueprints in the back room. The space isn’t huge, but it works fine for what we need to get done. We handle basic building projects around the neighborhood. It is a lot of coordination with workers and different suppliers. The Kh numbers are 75/22 and 75/23 if you are looking at the land records for this spot. We are not trying to be some massive corporation with a big glass building. We just want to build things that stay up and don’t leak when it rains. It gets pretty dusty around here with all the work going on, but that is just how it is in this line of business. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the paperwork. We have had a few ups and downs like any other small business, but we keep showing up. People often stop by the ground floor office to ask about quotes or just to say hello. We do not have a receptionist, so usually, whoever is nearest the door answers it. It is a practical way to run things. We know the Kaushik Enclave area very well by now and the local folks too.
