Design Build Globe Private Limited

You can find us at Shop no-109 on the first floor of the Wigmans Prinston Plaza. It’s in H-Block, Sector-18 of Rohini. It’s a busy shopping center area in North West Delhi. Design Build Globe Private Limited is the name we use. We do a lot of designing and building, obviously. The office isn’t huge, but it fits what we need. We have a few desks and a lot of paper everywhere. Sometimes it feels like we are drowning in blueprints. People walk by the shop all day. We mostly focus on getting the drawings right before any digging starts. Rohini is a big place and there is always something being built. We try to keep up with the pace. It’s not always quiet in the plaza, especially on weekends. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers. Sometimes they don’t have what we need, and we have to look elsewhere. It’s part of the job. We are just regular people trying to make a living. We don't wear suits unless we absolutely have to. Most days it's just jeans and shirts. We have a small kettle for making tea when it gets cold. The light in the office is okay during the day. We stay until the work is done. It’s a simple way to run things. We just want to get the buildings up properly. Sometimes the parking in Rohini is a mess, so we usually just walk or take a rickshaw to the office.
