DELIGENT BUILDMART LLP operates from Pitampura in North West Delhi. You can find us at 65, Ground Floor in the SD Block. It’s a decent-sized space where we handle the buildmart side of things along with our other work. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to drop in and for us to move supplies around when we need to. Pitampura is a busy residential and commercial hub, so there is never a dull moment. We spend most of our time coordinating between suppliers and the people who are actually out there building things. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure the right materials show up at the right time. We don’t have any slick brochures or a marketing team. It’s just us here, keeping track of the inventory and the orders on our computers. We’ve lived and worked in this part of Delhi for a long time, so we know the area pretty well. The SD Block is a good spot for us. It’s easy to get to from the main road. We don't try to act like we are some huge corporation. We’re just a local business that knows its way around the building trade. Most of the time we’re just busy with the phone ringing and trying to keep everything organized. It’s a lot of work, but we like staying active and being part of the community here. We take things one project at a time.
