Dawar Promoters Llp is right in the LSC Market at Block DP, Pitampura. We have Shop No. 6. It is a small place, honestly. Being in a local market means there is always something happening outside. You hear the vegetable sellers and the people shopping for their houses all day. The shop is filled with folders and some old metal cabinets. We have a couple of desks squeezed in there. It is not the kind of place where you would expect a big corporate meeting. We handle most of our things right there on the counter. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when more than three people are inside at once. Pitampura is a nice area, very middle-class and busy. We like being in the market because we can just step out and get anything we need in two minutes. The light in the shop is not great, so we keep the overhead tubes on even during the day. We have got a small fan that wobbles a bit, but it keeps us cool enough when the Delhi heat starts. People walk by and peek in sometimes to see what we are doing. We just tell them we are working on some new projects. It is a very straightforward way to run a business. No layers of management, just us in the shop trying to make things happen. The floor is a bit dusty because of the wind blowing in from the market, but we sweep it when we can.
