Costal Premier Infra is located at Shop No 2 on the first floor of House No 48/3A in the Lawrence Road Industrial Area. It’s a very industrial setting around here, so there’s always the constant sound of heavy trucks and machinery in the background while we work. Being in Block C means we are right where the action is, surrounded by other businesses and warehouses. Our office space isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we need to do. We handle infrastructure stuff, mostly the practical side of things that people don't always see. The office gets a bit dusty because of all the construction and the movement of goods outside on the road. We usually spend our mornings checking on various projects and then the afternoons are for sorting out the supplies and talking to people. It’s not what anyone would call a glamorous job, but it keeps us on our toes and we like the pace. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just talk like normal people and do the actual work. The area is quite busy, especially during the middle of the day when everyone is loading and unloading trucks right outside the door. We’ve been in this spot for some time now and we know the other business owners around here. It’s a tight-knit place despite all the noise and the dust. Sometimes we have our meetings right there in the shop among all the files and samples. We don’t see the point in having a separate big office when the real work happens right here. It’s just honest work and we try our best to stay on top of the schedule. Every day brings something different to deal with.
