CJL BUILDERS AND PROMOTERS PRIVATE LIMITED is up on the 7th floor of Block B-1(M). We are in Flat No 704, which is in Pitampura. One thing that helps people find us is that we are near the TV Tower. It is a big landmark in this part of North West Delhi. Being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view of the area, which is nice when things get stressful. We handle building and promotion work from here. It is mostly a lot of paperwork and meeting with people about property stuff. The building we are in is quite busy, and sometimes the lift takes a while, but we are used to it. Pitampura is a good spot for a business like ours because everything is quite connected. We aren't trying to be some big fancy firm with glass walls everywhere. Our office is just a flat where we do our business. We’ve got the 110034 area covered mostly. Usually, you’ll find us sitting around the main table going over some new project details. It’s a quiet enough place to get things done once you are inside. We don't really do much marketing or anything; we just work on what comes our way through the usual channels. It’s a practical setup for a construction and promotion company that’s been around the block a few times.
