Bikaner Sweet Corner

You can find us in Pitampura at Engineers Enclave, specifically at number 20. We are a typical corner shop that serves the local residents who live in the apartments and houses around here. We carry a bit of everything, from spicy namkeen to sweet laddoos and some Bengali sweets that we make fresh. It’s a family-run operation, so you will usually see one of us sitting at the cash counter while the others are helping out in the back or serving customers. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed compared to the big markets in the city center. We have a lot of regulars who stop by every evening to pick up some snacks for their family tea time. We don't have a fancy marketing plan or anything; we just try to keep the shelves stocked with the things people usually ask for. Sometimes the supply of certain ingredients is a bit low, so we have to adjust what we can make that day. The shop is kept clean but it definitely looks like it’s been lived in for a few years, which is fine with us. We aren't trying to be a high-end boutique or a fancy café. We just want to be the place where the neighbors can get a meal without having to travel too far from home. We’ve seen kids grow up in this neighborhood and now they bring their own children to the shop to buy their favorite treats.
