We are tucked away in the CD-Block at Aggarwal Shopping Centre here in Pitampura. It’s a busy spot, usually full of people running errands or grabbing food, and our office is right in the middle of it all. Most days, the place is a bit of a mess with blueprints rolled up in corners and samples of bricks or tiles sitting on the desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites across North Delhi. It gets noisy sometimes when the shopping center is crowded, but we’re used to it. The team here isn't very large, just a few of us trying to keep things organized. We don't have fancy leather chairs or a receptionist who greets you with a script. Usually, someone is just sitting there with a cup of tea, looking over some site plans or talking to a contractor about a late delivery. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with other people's buildings to worry about our own. If you walk past the shop, you’ll probably see us arguing over a measurement or figuring out where to move some materials. It’s just how things go every day. We don’t do big presentations; we just get the work done and move on to the next task on the list. It's a lot of manual work and checking things twice.
