Better Build Design Studio Private Limited

We’ve been working out of our place in Rohit Kunj for a while now. Better Build Design Studio Private Limited is basically what it says on the door. It’s up on the second floor of house C-68. If you know Pitampura, you know how the parking can be around here sometimes. My desk is usually covered in papers and drawings because that’s just how we work. We handle the design side of things. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. We have a few chairs for when people come by to talk about their plans. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the neighbors are out, but we get the work done. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step coming up. Most days start early with tea and looking over the sketches from the day before. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to make sure the designs we put out are practical for the people who actually have to live or work in them. People ask why we stayed in this spot, and it’s mostly because we like being near where we grew up. It’s easy for us to get to sites from here. We don’t spend a lot on advertising because we’re busy with the projects we already have on our hands. We just do the work, day in and day out. That’s pretty much us.
