Bansal Sweet House

Bansal Sweet House is located at A-1/61 in Rohini Sector 6. We are just a local neighborhood sweet shop. We’ve been in this specific spot for a good number of years now. Our day starts very early, way before most people are even awake. We have to get the milk and the sugar ready for the day’s batch of sweets. The kitchen is right at the back, and you can usually hear the sound of the big pans clattering. We aren't a big chain with multiple locations. We just have this one shop. It’s where we make the samosas, the jalebis, and all the other stuff people like to eat. The floor gets a bit messy during the day when we are busy, but we try to sweep it up when there’s a lull. We don't have fancy uniforms or a corporate manual. We just work. Most of our customers are families who live right here in Sector 6. They come in for a quick snack or to buy a box of sweets for a birthday or something. We know most of them by sight. Sometimes the weather makes it hard, like when it’s raining and nobody wants to come out, or when it’s so hot the sweets don’t last as long. But we just keep at it. It’s a practical business, and it keeps us on our toes. We’re just here to provide what the neighborhood needs. We hope the stove stays hot and the customers keep coming in every day.
