Over here on Lawrence Road in Keshav Puram, we’ve got our spot at C-3 71. It’s an industrial kind of area, so there is always a lot of movement. Being Armstrong World Industries (I) Pvt Ltd in this part of Delhi means we are right in the thick of things. We spend a lot of time managing inventory and dealing with the logistical side of the business. It isn’t always glamorous work, and the office can get a bit cluttered with samples and files. We aren't really into the whole corporate image thing; we just want to make sure the products get where they’re going. The guys in the warehouse are usually busy, and the phones keep ringing. It’s a lot of coordination. We’ve been at this for a while, so we understand the local market and what people are looking for. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked, but we just work around it. It’s just how it is in this neighborhood. We don’t have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just believe in showing up on time and making sure we don't make mistakes with the orders. If a customer has a problem, we try to fix it without making it a whole big deal. It’s practical, everyday work that keeps the wheels turning. We like being in Keshav Puram because it’s central for what we do and we know the rhythms of the street.
