Antil Projects Private Limited is at House No. 99 in Rajeev Nagar Village. This is part of the Begampur area. It is a very local spot. We don't have a fancy office building. We work out of a house because it makes sense for us and keeps things simple. We handle different kinds of projects. Most of our work is just managing people and making sure things get delivered to where they need to go. We are right here in the middle of the neighborhood. You see the same faces every day. It is not a corporate environment at all. We wear regular clothes and we speak plainly to everyone. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a list of things to do today. Sometimes the power goes out and we just wait it out or use the lanterns to finish the paperwork. That is just life here in this part of Delhi. We spend our time checking on progress and talking to the workers. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls. We try to be fair and just get the work done. People know where to find us if they need anything. We’ve been in Begampur for quite some time now. It’s home. We don't need a lot of space, just enough for our team to sit and work through the details of the projects. We just want to do a decent job every day.
