Anand Aggarwal Prop

We operate out of Pitampura at B 27. Anand Aggarwal Prop is the name, and we mostly look after various property matters around this side of town. It’s a pretty standard setup for a local office in this neighborhood. We have a desk, a few chairs, and a lot of maps and files stacked up in the corners. Pitampura is a busy spot, and there’s always something happening with houses or shops changing hands or people moving in. We don't try to act like we are some big international firm with glass skyscrapers and fancy logos. We are just local people who know the streets and the buildings in this neighborhood really well. If you come to B 27, you’ll likely find us drinking tea and talking on the phone with someone. That’s a big part of the job, really, just keeping in touch with everyone. We’ve seen the prices go up and down over the years, and we’ve seen the whole area grow into what it is today. It’s a lot of work keeping track of every little detail, but we enjoy the rhythm of the work. We don't have a flashy website with virtual tours and drones. We’d rather just take you to see a place in person so you can actually see the walls and the neighborhood for yourself. It’s more honest that way. Sometimes the traffic in Pitampura makes it hard to get around quickly, but we manage. We aren't looking to expand into a giant chain.
