Our office is located in the DDA Flats in Pitampura, over in North Delhi. It’s a pretty standard residential area, so it’s usually quite active around here with families and people going about their business. We do a lot of infracon work, which basically means we are always dealing with labor, materials, and deadlines. It’s a lot of coordination. My brother and I, along with a few others, run things from here. It isn't a massive operation with hundreds of people. We prefer it that way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, especially with all the regulations, but we manage. We aren't the type to sit in meetings all day. Usually, we are out in the field. When we are at the office in Block 22, it’s mostly to catch up on emails or talk to the guys. Pitampura is a good spot for us, easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. We just do our bit in the construction side of things. It's tiring work, but it keeps us going. No fancy slogans here, just a lot of hard work and trying to make sure the sites are moving along as they should. We take the weekends when we can get them, but often there is something to finish. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the next task on our list.
