AKJM PROPERTIES AND BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED

We started AKJM Properties and Builders a while ago. Our office is right here in Sector 15, Rohini, at House number 9. It’s on the ground floor in Pocket 11, Block F. We handle a lot of property work around this part of North Delhi. Sometimes the days get really busy with people coming in to ask about plots or construction. It’s just a small team of us working from this spot. We spend most of our time dealing with local building stuff and paperwork. Rohini is a big place and it keeps growing, so there is always something going on nearby. Being in Sector 15 makes it easy for people to find us. We don't really do fancy ads or anything like that. People mostly just walk in or call us when they see the sign outside. It can be a bit noisy around here sometimes with the traffic, but it’s a good place to work. We just try to get the jobs done properly without making a big fuss or using fancy words. Usually, we are here from the morning until quite late in the evening. If you are near Pocket 11, you have probably passed our door many times. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and know the neighborhood well. It’s basic work, mostly focused on building things and managing properties for folks in the city. There isn't much more to it than that. We just keep busy with the daily tasks that come with being a local builder.
