Agam Properties

We have our office set up in the LG1 level of Vikas Tower, over in the Rani Bagh area of Pitampura. Being down on the lower ground floor means we do not get much sunlight, but it stays nice and cool even when the Delhi summer heat is hitting hard outside. It is a busy tower, and there is always some kind of noise or activity going on in the corridors. Our office is pretty modest, just a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a whole lot of files related to different properties around Rani Bagh and the rest of Pitampura. We spend most of our time talking to people who just drop in after seeing our name on the building directory. It is a local operation, so we do not have any of those polished meetings you might see in big firms. Most of our work is just explaining the different property options and trying to get the paperwork through the local offices without too much delay. We have a small kettle for making tea, and that is usually going if we have guests or just for ourselves. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the day-to-day work to really worry about that. People know us in the tower, and we like it that way. It is just a practical place to do business without any extra fluff. We just focus on the property and getting things settled for the folks who come to us.
