Vikas Deep Tools & Die

Vikas Deep Tools & Die is located at 25 Shahdara Friends Colony. We are right in the industrial area on Street Number 3. It is just off the GT Road, which is always packed with trucks and cars. You have to navigate the traffic to get here, but once you are on our street, it gets a bit more manageable. We spend our days working on tools and dies. It is precise work, but the environment is very much a regular workshop. We have been in Shahdara for a good amount of time. The building is simple and we don’t spend much time worrying about how it looks. We care more about the machines running right. The area has changed a lot since we first started, but the noise of the GT Road stays the same. My workers and I have a rhythm going. We start early when the air is still a bit cool. Most of our tools have some years on them, but they work just fine for what we need. It is a bit cramped inside with all the materials we keep on hand. We just do our bit every day and then head home. People from the colony often walk by and wave. It’s a local feel, even though we are doing industrial work. We are just a small part of the big machinery of the city. We keep things simple and keep the machines running.
