You can find us down Vishwas Nagar Gali No 9, right in the Vidya Vihar area. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in the lane sometimes, especially when deliveries are arriving or leaving. We’ve been working with machine tools here for a good while. The shop is full of different parts and heavy equipment. It’s a bit cluttered if I’m honest, but we know where everything is kept. Most of the people living around here know the sound of our shop. We open up early and usually stay until the sun goes down. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but that isn't really a priority for us right now. We spend our time fixing up tools and helping out customers who drop by with something broken or something they need to get a job done. It’s a hands-on kind of place. You won't find anyone in a suit here. We’re usually covered in a bit of grease or metal shavings by lunch. We take our tea breaks outside when the weather is decent. It’s just a normal, hardworking shop in a busy part of town. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth in Vidya Vihar seems to keep us busy enough. We just focus on the machines and making sure they work like they're supposed to. Sometimes we have to hunt for a specific wrench, but we always find it. It's just the way we run the shop every day.
