You can find us at 205, Jawahar Gali in Farsh Bazar, right in the heart of Shahdara. It’s a very crowded area, and the lanes can be quite narrow, but there’s a lot of energy here. Hi-Tech Natural Product (I) Pvt. Ltd. is our company, though the name always felt a bit funny to me given how old-fashioned our building is. We deal with various natural products and spend our days weighing things out and packing them up. The smell inside is a mix of different herbs and materials, which is actually quite nice compared to the dust outside. We don't have a big corporate office with glass partitions. It’s mostly just shelves and a few desks where we handle the orders. Shahdara is a place where everyone knows everyone, so we often spend time chatting with the neighbors. We don't do much in the way of marketing or big advertisements. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for years. It gets very busy during the festival seasons, and we often stay late to finish everything. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable and get on with it. It’s a honest way to make a living in a very lively part of town. We are just local people selling what we know to people who need it.
