Up on the first floor of B-28 in West Jyoti Nagar, that is where our little office is located. We are right in the Shahdara area, which is always full of life and a bit of chaos. We deal with tech and various solutions, but really we just spend our days sitting in front of screens trying to solve problems for people who come to see us. The stairs leading up to the office are a bit narrow, and we have a small sign outside that sometimes gets covered by the neighbors' laundry. It is a modest setup with a couple of desks and some old chairs for when visitors stop by. We have lived and worked around this part of Delhi for a long time, so we know the local shops and the good places for a quick snack when the work gets stressful. We are not some big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us here. We handle things as they come, whether it is a software glitch or someone needing help with their digital setup. Sometimes the internet acts up and we end up just chatting or tidying up the cables. It is a relaxed place, and we do not bother with formal suits or fancy talk. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door.
