Our workplace is located at D-88 Pusta-3 in Soniya Vihar. We mainly deal with ERP software and helping small businesses manage their data better. It is a lot of sitting at desks and staring at lines of code or spreadsheets for hours on end. The area in Soniya Vihar can be a bit tricky to navigate if you are not from around here, but we like the spot. We are not a big fancy tech firm with a glass building; we just have a practical space where we can get the work done. A lot of our day involves troubleshooting issues that our clients run into or trying to make the software run a bit smoother. It can be frustrating when a bug takes all day to fix, but that is part of the job. We drink a lot of tea and talk through the problems until we find a solution. Sometimes people from the neighborhood pop in just to ask a quick computer question, and we try to help if we have a minute. It is a quiet kind of business for the most part, just a few of us working on our computers. We do not use a lot of big words or complicated jargon when we talk to our customers; we just explain how the system works in plain English. This way everyone understands what is going on with their data and how to use it.
